Terrarium Vibe’s Return and Refund Policy spans 10 days. Refunds or exchanges are not possible if more than 10 days have elapsed since the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when received, and it must be accompanied by its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software (ebooks, etc.)

Partially Non-refundable Items:

  • Items displaying evident signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our processes
  • Items returned more than 10 days post-delivery

Refund Process

Upon the reception and thorough examination of your returned item, an email will be dispatched to notify you of its receipt. Simultaneously, you will be informed of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be promptly processed, with the credited amount automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

Should your refund be delayed or yet to be received, commence by scrutinizing your bank account. Subsequently, liaise with your credit card company, recognizing that a formal posting of your refund may require additional time. Following that, establish contact with your bank, bearing in mind that there is typically a processing duration before refunds manifest.

Only items with regular pricing are eligible for refunds. Discounted items do not qualify for this provision.

Exchange

Gifts

If the purchased item was earmarked as a gift and directly dispatched to you, anticipate receiving a gift credit equivalent to the returned item’s value. Subsequent to the item’s return, an email containing the gift credit certificate will be dispatched to you.

In instances where the item was not originally designated as a gift or the gift giver had it delivered to themselves for later presentation to you, a refund will be disbursed to the gift giver, who will be apprised of your return.

Return Shipping Cost

You assume responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
